The Integrated System of Information on Science and Higher Education (POL-on) is the most comprehensive repository of data on Polish science and higher education which includes PBN (the Polish Scholarly Bibliography), POL-index (the Polish citation index) and ORPPD (the National Repository of Theses).

The Uniform Antiplagiarism System is used to check theses for plagiarism and support supervisors in thesis verification. The system is available free of charge to all universities in Poland.

The Integrated System of Services for Science/Funding Stream Servicing is a system for registering and servicing science grant applications submitted to the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW), the National Science Centre (NCN) and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR).

ELA is a nationwide system for monitoring the economic fate of university graduates, which displays the salaries of graduates of various faculties and universities in Poland.  It allows prospective students to make more informed choices of studies.

Rad-on (Reports, Analyses, Data) is an integrated information platform which gathers, processes and publishes information on higher education and science in Poland. It integrates nine systems: POL-on, Inventorum, Nauka Polska (Polish Science), ORPPD, OSF/ZSUN, PBN, SEDN, SWWR and ELA.

The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange System (NAWA) services academic exchange and international collaboration with Polish universities. In the NAWA system, students, scientists and institutions submit scholarship applications. The system supports the evaluation of scholarship applications, as well as issuing decisions, signing contracts and submitting reports.

The Polish Scholarly Bibliography is a database which contains information on the publications of Polish scientists and the publishing achievements of science institutions, as well as those of Polish and international journals. It is part of the POL-on system.

The National Repository of Theses is part of the POL-on system. The ORPPD gathers full texts of theses defended at Polish universities.

The studia.gov.pl portal contains information on fields of study and evaluations of the quality of those programmes. It makes it easier for candidates to choose a university and helps doctoral students with academic career planning.

Nauka Polska is a database which gathers information on research and development in Poland, Polish scientists and institutions, national and international fairs, exhibitions and science conferences.

Navoica is a publicly accessible educational platform offering free online courses in Polish language from a wide variety of scientific fields in the MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) style. The service has created a collaborative network of universities and other recognised educational institutions.

The Reviewer Selection Support System (SWWR) is a knowledge base of potential academic reviewers. It recommends experts in accordance with specified criteria or on the basis of a proposed text, it also allows application processing and has a focus on competitions.

Inventorum is a platform which connects scientists with business and industry. As an actively recommending system, it provides tailored information on innovations, projects, innovative enterprises, scientists and science institutions.

The Medical Research Agency System is a tool which supports and processes applications for research and development programmes. As part of the system, calls for recruitment and evaluations of applications are made.

Prstryk! is a tool which brings together scientists and entrepreneurs. It makes it possible to quickly find individuals who match the technological, research and development demands of a user. It contains the complete database of the Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CIITT innovation brokers)..

The Academic Achievement Evaluation System is used for the presentation and evaluation of academic achievements at research centres operating in Poland. The evaluation process of research centres in Poland is implemented with the help of SEDN, and the centres receive a science category (C, B, A, A+) based on the results.

Aparatura is a scientific equipment database. It gathers information on what scientific equipment available in Poland at universities, research and development centres and the private sector.
