The GENDERACTIONplus2027 (Gender Equality Network to Develop ERA Communities To activate Inclusive policy coordinatiON with Practical Learning for Uptake and Sustainability 2027) project expands and reinforces the transnational network of national authorities and research funding organisations established as part of previous GENDERACTION and GENDERACTIONplus initiatives.
Project objectives
The main objective of the project is to improve the coordination of gender equality policy by consolidating and expanding transnational collaboration. The initiative also aims to enhance competences in the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of inclusive, intersectional gender equality policies. Planned actions include the development of tools that support the integration of a gender perspective in research and innovation, progress monitoring, and implementation of sustainable results.
OPI PIB’s role
The National Information Processing Institute is responsible for a work package focused on the monitoring and evaluation of gender equality policy implementation at the national level.The institute will develop monitoring tools, conduct three rounds of studies, prepare analyses and reports, and develop an interactive Project Data Dashboard that will help track progress and compare data across countries.
