Predicted tasks
The project will create a tool for generating workshop scenarios and support HEIs in preparing student workshops on career planning conducted by academic staff. Both tasks will rely on ELA data.
Other tasks will involve the development of training scenarios for academic staff (trainers), additional workshops for students, preparation of training content, a video, and an e-learning course (to be accessed after project completion), as well as conducting training sessions for academic staff and workshops for students.
Target groups
The project is designed to serve higher education institutions, students, and academic staff.
Objective
The project seeks to provide support to Polish HEIs in implementing measures to reduce dropout rates and in preparing student workshops on career planning conducted by academic staff, based on data from the Polish Graduate Tracking System (ELA).
Outcomes
The outcomes of the project will include:
- the creation of a tool to support students in making decisions regarding three key areas: continuation and discontinuation of their studies, employment during studies, and further educational choices
- building skills in the effective use of tools offered by ELA to determine the economic circumstances of students and graduates
- the acquisition of skills necessary for conducting classes that address educational planning and dropout rate reduction, based on ELA module training scenarios.
