Joanna joined OPI in 2010. She initially worked as part of the Polish-Swiss Research Program team. In 2012, she assumed the position of system project coordinator, and in 2015 became the manager of the Project Coordination and Social Communication Unit.
Between 1998 and 2008, Joanna worked at the Cooperation Fund Foundation, where she was the head of the unit responsible for subsidies for Polish NGOs, as well as participating in the handling of Phare and pre-accession funds.
Joanna is a graduate of Warsaw University with a degree in sociology.
