Top 100 Women in Data Science is here. The list is a non-ranking compilation of exceptional women specialising in Data Science, including Polish and international professionals working in Poland. The list is published by the Perspektywy Education Foundation, which organises the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024, the largest conference in Europe dedicated to women in technology.
It gives us great pleasure to announce that Dr Aldona Tomczyńska, assistant professor and the leader of the Data Science Team at the Laboratory of Databases and Business Analytics at OPI, has been recognised on the list.
The list is a non-ranking compilation of exceptional female professionals in Poland who sepcialise in data science. Its goal is to recognise them as role models and to inspire other young women to pursue careers in data science. The Perspektywy foundation aims to reduce gender disparities in the technology industry and encourage more women to seek opportunities in STEM sectors.
The top women in data science in Poland are selected based on their professional achievements in the field, their contributions to the industry, and their potential to influence and shape the future of data science. Included on the list are women from various backgrounds, such as academia, industry, business, and the public sector.
From the pool of 100 experts, the jury will select the Top 10 Women in Data Science in Poland. The Excellence in Data Science Award winners will be announced during the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit in Warsaw on June12th and 13th.
