The main objective of the project called Responsible development of the Polish Large Language Universal Model (PLLuM) to support breakthrough technologies in the public and economic sectors, including an open Polish-language intelligent citizen assistant is to train an open large Polish language model according to the principles of responsible AI development and to create a prototypical Polish-language intelligent assistant for citizens visiting public administration institutions.
Data will be collected, processed, and recorded in a responsible manner according to the guidelines of the National Data Excellence Centre. The model is planned to be made available under an open-source license as both an application programming interface (API) and a graphical user interface (GUI), including a prototypical Polish-language intelligent assistant for citizens visiting public administration institutions.
