This year, Marek Michaj\u0142owicz, Deputy Head of Software Development at OPI, has reached the final stage of the competition. A panel of expert judges have selected ten individuals who will participate in the finals in Gdynia on 19 June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The independent jury has been selecting the best IT leaders for the IT Manager of Tomorrow Awards since 2018. The initiative offers opportunities for nominees to share their stories and inspire others. It is more than a competition; it is also a way to become a member of the most active IT manager community in Poland: Let&#8217;s Manage IT. In the semi-finals, Marek\u2019s presentation\u2014which focused on the process of upgrading of the POL-on system to version 2.0\u2014was rated higher than those delivered by experts from Danone, Alior Bank, Volvo, Fujitsu Poland, Santander Bank Polska, BNP Paribas, and Saint-Gobain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IT Manager of Tomorrow is an initiative that recognises the best IT managers in Poland who are responsible for IT transformations in their firms.
