The knowledge acquired will then be applied in the participants&#8217; work, and \u2014 where possible \u2014 shared with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in Erasmus+ offers our staff the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the functioning of foreign institutions and to compare their own professional experiences with practices applied in other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mobility can result in the development of both specialized and soft skills\u2014 such as communication, teamwork in international settings, independence, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to new conditions. It also offers opportunities to establish professional and academic contacts that may constitute a foundation for future international collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the project beneficiary OPI is responsible for its overall implementation.
