      Predicted tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The project involves the development and implementation of a centralised, nationwide system for the comprehensive management of electronic graduation, doctoral, and postdoctoral (habilitation) diplomas. The E-diplomas system will ensure the integrity, consistency, and credibility of documents that are issued by Polish higher education institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Target groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The project is designed for multiple target groups. It will support university graduates, as well as doctoral and postdoctoral (habilitation) degree holders by facilitating digital access to their documents, which eliminates for them to be collected in person. The system will also assist higher education institutions and other research centres in optimising diploma issuance. Employers will be equipped with a reliable and efficient means of verifying job candidates\u2019 qualifications. The system can also be used by professional licensing organisations and by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) to certify documents. Moreover, the system will support the government ministries responsible for the supervision of higher education by ensuring stricter oversight over academic documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Objective<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The objective of the project is to create an electronic system for the issuance, storage, and verification of graduation diplomas, diploma supplements, doctoral diplomas, and postdoctoral (habilitation) diplomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Outcomes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The E-diplomas system will offer graduates a practical solution for receiving, storing, and sharing digital diplomas, as well as facilitating swift verification by employers. The system will streamline diploma issuance procedures, improves document accessibility, and minimises the risk of forgery. The project addresses the legal framework that calls for the creation of a repository of electronic diplomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Funding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The project is financed by the European Union\u2019s NextGenerationEU<\/em> instrument under Investment C2.1.1 E-public services, IT solutions that improve the functioning of administration and economic sectors<\/em>, as well as by Poland\u2019s state budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
